I was asked to shoot three episodes of Inside Art with director Richard Shaw. The first episode we created was at The Hepworth Gallery in Wakefield. The format includes interview content and pieces to camera with Kate, alongside general views of the gallery and examples of work on exhibition using either a slider or a gimbal.

For each gallery, the format repeats with different experts and exhibitions. The other two galleries include the Manchester Art Gallery and the Derek Jarman Protest! Exhibition and The Whitechapel Gallery on the north side of Whitechapel High Street, in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

I was matching it into an existing series format but leaned more on colour-tunable, portable LED with built-in grids for light control, which could be deployed quickly. These fixtures could emulate existing lighting with the spaces to provide a broadcast-lit look that felt part of the architecture.
